1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using SL Group's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials (information or software) on SL Group's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials;
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on SL Group's website;
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials;
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

3. Services

SL Group provides web development, app development, marketing, SEO, hosting, and IT support services. All services are provided as described in individual service agreements and proposals.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project proposals. Unless otherwise stated, payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur interest charges of 1.5% per month.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of custom work created specifically for them. SL Group retains the right to showcase completed projects in portfolios unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Confidentiality

SL Group agrees to keep all client information confidential and will not disclose any proprietary information to third parties without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SL Group or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on SL Group's website.

8. Revisions and Corrections

The materials appearing on SL Group's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. SL Group does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
